Dr. Josef Newman

Dr. Josef Newman is a Pediatrician in South Florida. He received his MD at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and went on to complete residency in general pediatrics at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Newman has taken an interest in genetics since early in his career, and is involved in ongoing research that uses advanced genetic analysis to examine brain injury in preterm infants. Dr. Newman realized the clinical value of PGx testing early on and has been working with TruGenX for several years to help educate both patients and physicians on PGx testing.
